Ukraine will increase corn production by 13.7% to 26.5 million tons in 2016/17 MY (23.3 million tons in 2015/16 MY). This was stated in the International Grains Council (IGC) November forecast.

The corn export will increase from 16.7 million tons in 2015/16 MY to 19 million tons in 2016/17 MY (by 2.3 million tons).

According to the report, the total corn offer in 2016/17 MY will make 27.4 million tons, which is 1.9 million tons more than in  2015/16 MY.

We would like to remind that the USA, China, Brazil, the EU, Argentina, Mexico and Ukraine are the largest corn producers in the world.
